I founded the Indian Institute of Catering Technology and Hotel Management with a clear vision to bring professional Hotel Management education to Thanjavur at a time when such opportunities existed only in metropolitan cities. My belief has always been that education should not merely produce job seekers, but confident individuals capable of creating employment for others. The hospitality industry offers immense scope for growth, entrepreneurship, and global careers, and it was my dream to open these doors for rural and first-generation learners.
